Short Term Rentals at the Avery-Mann Gallery

Used part time as the Rocky Neck Artist-in-Residence studio/gallery, this spacious live/work studio/gallery is located in a prime location on the Madfish Wharf. It features a small kitchen, bathroom with shower, ample studio/gallery and sleeping loft. In the past two years, groups renting this space have made on average about $7500 in gross sales for a 4-day time period..

It is available for short-term rental during the following periods

• May 22 - 26, 2008 ($300 plus 15% commission)
• July 2 - 6, 2008 ($300 plus 15% commission)
• August 13 - 26, 2008 ($600 plus 15% commission)
• August 28 - September 1, 2008 ($300 plus 15% commission)
• October 10 - 13, 2008 ($300 plus 15% commission)

This location is ideal for group or one-person exhibitions, workshops and classes.

Potential renters should submit to the Residency Committee c/o goetemann.gallery@verizon.net :

1. one page proposal for their use of the space and
2. resumes and contact information for each person who will show work.

Contracts are arranged on a "first received" basis for qualified applicants. There is room for 3 - 5 people to show together (about 80 linear feet of wall space ). There is one table but no pedestals for display of 3-D work. Set-up and departure times must be arranged in advance with the Residency Committee.
