This space is in a great location between the Rocky Neck Gallery and Studio Restaurant. Space includes all utilities, kitchen facilities, cable hookup and bathroom plus access to the Marina shower, waterfront view, picture windows and big garage door opens for easy access. From May to October, it is the live/work space for the Goetemann Artist in Residence.

It is also available for short-term rental between residency artists. This location is ideal for group or one-person exhibitions, workshops and classes. Potential renters should submit to the Residency Committee c/o rglouc@comcast.net.
