Rocky Neck Gallery - New Members

Twenty-two people submitted work for jurying. Twelve people were selected.

Congratulations to the NEW Rocky Neck Gallery members!

Please note these important dates.

Wednesday, May 20: Artists not accepted, pick up work at 53 Rocky Neck Ave. from 10 am to 2 pm.

Wednesday, May 20: Accepted artists, bring in your payment ($25 per month per unit.) We are open for five months this year. We prefer that you pay for the full amount, but you may pay for 3 months to start and pay the remaining amount before August 15. If you are not an Art Colony member, you must also join by filling out a membership form and paying the $100 membership dues.

Please note the number of units you are allocated above. If the 3 pieces you brought in take up more or less than your units, then please pick-up or drop off work accordinging on May 20 from 10 am to 2 pm. Each member may also submit up to 4 shrink-wrap pieces for each unit rented and can submit interesting 3-D pieces for the gallery gift shop. Gift shop items will be selected by the gift shop committee by artistic quality and space allowed. Please bring additional items in on May 20 from 10am to 2 pm. You can also find out your gallery sitting schedule at this time.

Gallery operations: Please read the gallery operating instructions. There will be an orientation and training meeting on Saturday, May 23 at 10:30 am. If you cannot attend this meeting, please email Judy Robinson-Cox to make other arrangements.

The gallery will be open for business on Saturday, May 23. Our opening reception is Saturday, May 30. We hope you can all attend.
