Hughes-Bosca combines high karat gold with
the finest quality stones and rare materials. Each piece is hand-forged, formed
and fabricated implementing techniques developed through classic training in
jewelry making and blacksmithing. Color and texture emerge naturally, infusing
each piece with character and intimacy. Ancient yet contemporary, Hughes-Bosca
jewelry embodies an aesthetic of timeless appeal.
Both Mary Hughes and Caro-Gray Bosca are nationally recognized
goldsmiths whose individual work has been honored by inclusion in museums and

About Side Street Gallery
Located in Gloucester’s famous Rocky Neck art
colony, Side Street Gallery presents a unique experience for collectors. At
once intimate and expansive, our gallery instantly puts you at ease and
delights your senses.
From rubber to diamonds, and pearls to
Play-Doh®; Side Street features the intriguing and unusual. You may sit on a
Boris Bally chair made of old metal street signs, admire the latest hand-blown
Carlo Moretti vases, or cradle the energy of a clay
vessel constructed in 500 B.C.
We select each piece from highly skilled
contemporary craft, folk and fine artists; both celebrated and undiscovered. We
combine unusual displays, unexpected graphic statements and new visions of
everyday objects to promote art into every
aspect of your life.
In addition to displaying distinctive works in a wide range of
media, Side Street Gallery is the primary showroom for the Hughes-Bosca
