Joseph Flack Weiler ~ Fine Art Black & White Photography WEILER PHOTO GALLERY HOURS: Friday & Saturday: 11 am to 9 pm Joseph Flack Weiler has been exhibiting his fine-art gelatin silver prints since 1965. He does all his own work, starting with the Zone System of exposure and conventional film development and printing. Joseph’s work includes Portfolios of New England, Europe & Afghanistan. His Gloucester Tide Line Portfolio has been photographed from his kayak which has provided unique water level views. Foggy mornings have revealed an austere and surreal world of fog-wrapped dock pilings. Joseph studied photography at Rochester Institute of Technology, School of Photography, Syracuse University, School of Journalism and with Minor White.
