This monthly class is led by Suzanne, a dedicated practitioner since 2007 and instructor since 2016, with extensive training in Tai Chi, Qigong, and holistic wellness. With a background that spans from biochemistry to energy-based healing practices, Suzanne brings a thoughtful, integrative approach to teaching—welcoming participants of all levels to experience the restorative benefits of these time-honored disciplines.
